THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING OFFERINGS Since the time of the Buddha, offerings have been made by practitioners in order to support the teachings, practices and monastic community. Our situation is really no different. We rely entirely upon the generosity of many individuals to sustain our daily operations and special events. In short, the future existence of Katsel Dharma Center rests entirely upon the present generosity of our local community.
We are very much aware that not everyone can afford to make large donations to the center. At the same time, the community must be able to meet basic expenses. Therefore we appeal to everyone to give generously. If each individual gives generously, those who are less able to give will continue to have an opportunity to attend our programs. Through your generosity, the entire community will benefit.
OUR MONTHLY EXPENSES: We have basic expenses to cover each month such as our utility bills, rent and so on. We rely entirely on the regular weekly donations of people who attend practices at Katsel Dharma Center to meet these costs.
MAKE A DONATION using PayPal: Your payment can be just like any other online purchase.
MAKE A DONATION by mail: Please send checks to: Katsel Meditation Tampa @ 4822 Limerick Dr. Tampa, Fl 33610
MAKE A DONATION at the center:We also have a donation bowl at the center itself. We welcome either checks or cash offerings.
